Global Skills Recruitment Agency is urgently seeking three skilled Chefs to join the catering team at Afe Babalola University. The role involves preparing a wide variety of local and continental dishes and cooking large meals using traditional firewood methods.
Prepare popular Nigerian dishes such as Jollof Rice, Fried Rice, soups (Vegetable, Afang, Ewedu, Okra, Bitterleaf), and swallows (Amala, Semovita, Eba)
Cook continental dishes as required
Manage large-scale meal preparations using firewood
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, neatness, and timely service
Work collaboratively as part of a diverse kitchen team
Demonstrate flexibility across different catering assignments
Uphold discipline and professionalism in all kitchen operations
Proven experience in preparing both local and continental cuisine
Ability to efficiently manage large meal preparations
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and time management skills
Reliable, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
Willingness to work in varied catering environments
