Job Summary

NTU International A/S is building a pool of experienced Procurement and Contract Management Consultants for clean energy and climate-related infrastructure projects under the IFDK-funded Framework Agreement for Technical Assistance Services. Selected consultants will be engaged on specific assignments as project needs arise.



Key Responsibilities


Provide technical advisory services for clean energy and climate infrastructure projects


Support project identification, preparation, implementation, and monitoring


Prepare procurement documentation and manage tender processes


Advise on contract administration, including application of FIDIC conditions


Conduct sector assessments and investment prioritization


Support environmental and social advisory services


Perform climate risk, adaptation, and greenhouse gas accounting assessments


Contribute to impact measurement, reporting, and capacity building initiatives


Deliver multidisciplinary technical support as required





Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher (EQF equivalent) in Energy, Environment, Climate, Economics, Engineering, or related field


Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in procurement and contract management for infrastructure projects


Demonstrated experience preparing tender documentation and managing procurement processes


Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions


Experience working in least developed, low-income, or lower middle-income countries (OECD DAC classification)


Full professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level under CEFR or equivalent)
