NTU International A/S is establishing a pool of experienced Public Finance and Investment Modalities Consultants to support clean energy and climate-related infrastructure initiatives under the IFDK-funded Framework Agreement for Technical Assistance Services. Selected experts will be engaged on assignments as project needs arise.

Key Responsibilities
Provide advisory support for public infrastructure finance projects in the clean energy sector
Contribute to project identification, preparation, implementation, and monitoring
Conduct sector assessments and investment prioritization analyses
Structure sustainable and inclusive infrastructure financing models
Advise on public finance mechanisms and international investment instruments
Support environmental and social advisory services, climate risk assessments, and GHG accounting
Deliver impact measurement, reporting, and capacity-building activities
Provide multidisciplinary technical input as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher (EQF equivalent) in Energy, Environment, Climate, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in public finance and investment modalities
Strong understanding of public finance mechanisms and international financing instruments including blended finance, co-financing, guarantees, intermediary financing, direct investments, and public-private partnerships
Experience structuring financially viable infrastructure projects
Project experience in least developed, low-income, or lower middle-income countries (OECD DAC classification)
Full professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 CEFR level or equivalent)
