WildFire Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Associate to support the growth of a startup venture. This role is tailored for NYSC corps members with sales or marketing experience, aiming to gain hands-on exposure and deliver measurable results.
Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new customers
Build and manage a pipeline of leads across WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and referrals
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape
Reach out to prospects, pitch products, follow up, and close deals
Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine messaging and offers
Track KPIs and provide weekly performance reports
Suggest creative marketing ideas to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition
Current NYSC corps member in Lagos
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships or prior roles)
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and lead management tools is an advantage
Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership of the sales process
