TMAsourcing Solutions is hiring a Sales Representative for a beauty retail store. The role involves assisting customers, promoting skincare products, supporting basic marketing efforts, and contributing to the store’s overall sales and customer experience.
Welcome and assist customers in selecting products and answering inquiries
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client questions
Promote products and special offers to increase in-store sales
Occasionally create simple video content for social media showcasing products
Support basic marketing and visibility efforts online
Ensure the store is neat, well-stocked, and professionally presented
Operate POS system for billing and issue receipts
Handle customer complaints professionally and courteously
1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
Friendly, confident, and clear communication skills
Presentable and well-groomed, in line with a beauty brand image
Comfortable using social media or phone camera to create basic content
Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Willing to learn and contribute to a positive team environment

Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
