Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit customs documentation
Liaise with customs officials to ensure compliance
Track and monitor shipments for timely clearance
Resolve issues or discrepancies related to customs clearance
Maintain accurate records and files
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customs clearing and forwarding
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, irregular hours, and shifts
