Marketing Executive – Real Estate

DK Homes is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing campaigns, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness in the real estate sector.

Design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to attract clients

Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and competitor activity

Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email, and online ads

Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and ROI

Collaborate with sales and other teams to convert prospects into clients

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

Manage content creation and brand messaging across platforms

Stay updated on marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years proven sales or marketing experience (real estate experience preferred)

Strong deal-closing ability and consistent follow-up

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High standard of ethics and workplace behavior

Ability to work independently and proactively

Strong digital and traditional marketing skills

Must reside near Ajah

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
