Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy sessions for women
Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing support
Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches for trauma, anxiety, depression, and related conditions
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-centered mental health services
Maintain proper documentation and professional records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience providing therapy services, preferably in trauma-informed settings
Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
Experience working with women from diverse backgrounds
