Drive lead generation and sales conversion for property offerings
Conduct property inspections and client tours
Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost visibility and sales
Supervise marketing activities across digital and offline channels
Coordinate property events, exhibitions, and open houses
Analyze market trends and campaign performance
Align closely with the sales team to meet revenue targets
Manage marketing budgets and ensure brand consistency
OND, HND, or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field
Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate
Valid driver’s license with strong driving skills
Good knowledge of road networks and property locations
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
