Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

RightResults Diagnostic Centre is a private healthcare facility specializing in bespoke healthcare, diagnostic laboratory, and ultrasound services. We are seeking a professional Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for patients, facilitate patient flow, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Communicate promptly and courteously with customers via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face interactions.
• Register new patients and handle inquiries regarding services.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
• Prepare and send correspondence to clients as needed.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front desk activities.
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Maintain records of debtors and follow up on payments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager or Medical Director.

• Minimum of OND qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Experience in the healthcare sector or hospital setting is an advantage.
• Residence in proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is mandatory.
