Video and Motion Graphics Producer

Afrihood Development Company is seeking a highly skilled Video and Motion Graphics Producer to manage end-to-end in-house video production. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of delivering premium short-form video content with strong visuals, clean audio, motion graphics, and fast turnaround times.

Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for in-house and on-site recordings

Record high-quality video and audio for short-form and long-form content

Ensure proper framing, lighting balance, and sound capture during shoots

Edit short-form videos ranging from 30 to 90 seconds for digital platforms

Deliver up to 6 completed videos daily within tight timelines

Perform color correction and basic grading for a premium finish

Optimize video exports for multiple social media platforms

Create and integrate motion graphics including captions, lower thirds, transitions, and effects

Design and maintain branded motion templates

Capture, clean, mix, and master audio to professional standards

Add suitable sound effects and background music

Maintain a fast, repeatable production workflow

Manage daily production schedules independently

Ensure all content aligns with Afrihood’s brand standards and visual identity

Maintain, organize, and care for all equipment, raw footage, and project files

Proven experience in end-to-end video production and motion graphics

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or equivalent software

Solid knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording

Ability to produce high-quality content independently at speed

Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
