Generate and qualify new sales leads
Make sales calls and engage potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person
Update and maintain accurate records on the CRM system
Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally
Prepare and send sales quotes and proposals
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Participate actively in sales meetings and team activities
Minimum of ND in any discipline
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good phone etiquette and presentation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software
