Shipping/Warehouse Associate – Ventrac

The Toro Company seeks a dedicated Shipping/Warehouse Associate to join its Ventrac division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient shipping operations, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the warehouse environment.

• Pull, verify, package, and ship whole good orders.
• Stage shipments, prepare bills of lading, schedule, and dispatch trucks and containers.
• Operate forklifts and overhead hoists safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail in all warehouse processes.
• Perform physical activities including lifting up to 40 lbs., bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
• Ensure compliance with shipping instructions and company safety standards.
• Work flexible hours and occasional overtime as required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education with relevant work experience.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Internet).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated and safety conscious.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of warehouse or shipping experience.
• Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience.

2-3years
