Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies
Conduct market research and analyze trends, target audiences, and competitors
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency
Manage all brand communications, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and digital marketing
Monitor brand performance metrics, sales data, and market feedback
Develop and manage the brand budget for optimal ROI
Lead brand innovation and growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Supervise brand team performance and provide monthly updates
Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field (Master’s or postgraduate certification is a plus)
3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or Quick Service Restaurant
Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis
Proficient in marketing tools and digital initiatives
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking abilities
