Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person
Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet monthly sales targets
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions

Monitor market trends and competitor activities for new opportunities
Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and marketing activities
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing tools
