Job Summary

The Business Development Manager drives company growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and implementing sales and marketing strategies. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align on organizational goals and market expansion.



Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new business opportunities


Manage and maintain client relationships


Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets


Collaborate with internal teams to align on growth strategies


Analyze market trends and provide innovative solutions


Create and execute marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, and content strategies


Utilize CRM tools and sales automation to optimize processes


Develop marketing plans and business strategies for expansion



Required Qualifications


Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (3–5 years)


Strong strategic thinking, market research, and analytical skills


Proficiency in negotiation, networking, and communication


Experience with proposal development and presentation


Knowledge of Port Harcourt market dynamics is a plus


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field


Experience with marketing tools, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content strategy


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Must reside close to Woji Road, Port Harcourt
