Job Summary

This role functions as a strategic operations partner to the Managing Partner, supporting communication, project oversight, client relations, financial coordination, and execution of key organizational initiatives. It goes beyond administrative tasks and plays a core role in driving the company’s growth agenda.





Key Responsibilities

Manage the Managing Partner’s schedule, travel, meetings, and communication


Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and briefing notes


Track implementation of strategic action points and provide monthly progress updates


Conduct research and coordinate documentation for certification body accreditation


Serve as liaison between the Managing Partner and team leads on ongoing projects


Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and profitability


Manage CRM and project management tools for leads, proposals, and client follow-up


Support SharePoint adoption for document management and workflow optimization


Handle invoicing, track receivables and payables, and maintain basic financial records


Prepare periodic operational dashboards and executive summaries


Manage social media accounts and support brand refresh initiatives


Draft newsletters, website updates, LinkedIn posts, and ISO-related content


Assist with content development for the e-learning hub and professional programs


Coordinate client onboarding, engagement, and communication


Organize logistics for internal workshops, seminars, and symposiums


Maintain partner and client databases


Track professional courses, certifications, and staff capacity-building programs


Support creation of the company’s Annual Quality Report



Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Management, or related field


Minimum of 2 years experience supporting senior executives


NYSC completed


Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills


Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools


Strong digital literacy and basic content design skills


Understanding of basic accounting principles


Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
