Handle calls and communication flow to aid smooth business operations.
Coordinate meeting room bookings for efficient use.
Offer administrative assistance across departments.
Maintain accurate visitor logs, correspondence data, and office documentation.
Comply with organizational safety, security, and confidentiality guidelines.
Suggest improvements to reception processes where necessary.
Support communication activities that strengthen stakeholder engagement.
OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in customer-facing or administrative roles.
Good command of Microsoft Office and digital work tools.
Strong customer service and support orientation.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
