This role provides on-site clinical care, first aid, and wellness support to employees of a corporate client. The Worksite Nurse ensures high standards of occupational health practice, supports preventive health initiatives, and manages workplace medical needs.
Provide first aid, routine medical care, and emergency response at the worksite.
Conduct initial assessments, vital signs checks, and basic clinical evaluations.
Maintain accurate medical records while ensuring confidentiality.
Coordinate health education, wellness programs, and preventive health activities.
Manage on-site clinic supplies, equipment, and enforce safety protocols.
Support occupational health initiatives and directives from MetroHealth HMO.
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with a valid practicing license.
Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience; occupational/worksite nursing experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Proficiency in health documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
