Job Summary

 GreyLend is seeking a proactive and results-driven Officer, Sales and Operations

 to drive sales, enhance merchant engagement, and optimize operational efficiency.

 This role involves acquiring and managing merchant relationships to generate leads,

 overseeing the customer financing process, and ensuring smooth sales and

 operational workflows.

 Merchant Engagement & Lead Generation

  •  Identify, onboard, and engage solar merchants to drive financing adoption for their customers.


  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure consistent lead generation.


  •  Train and educate merchants on GreyLend’s financing solutions, ensuring they effectively promote them to customers.


  •  Monitor merchant sales performance and provide necessary support to optimize conversions.


 Sales & Customer Engagement

  •  Drive sales growth by identifying and converting potential customers for solar financing solutions.


  •  Handle customer inquiries, provide financing details, and guide them through the application process.


  •  Follow up with leads from merchants to ensure high conversion rates.


  •  Work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that increase customer awareness and engagement.


 Operations & Process Management

  •  Oversee order processing and ensure seamless coordination between merchants, financing teams, and logistics.


  •  Assist in loan application processing, documentation verification, and contract execution.


  •  Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.


  •  Track merchant transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.


 Reporting & Analysis

  •  Maintain sales and merchant engagement reports to track performance and optimize strategies.


  •  Analyze customer and merchant feedback to improve financing offerings andsales approaches.


  •  Prepare periodic reports on lead generation, sales performance, and operational efficiency.




Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.


  •  1-3 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or operations (experience in fintech, solar, or financial services is a plus).


  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


  •  Ability to drive lead generation and sales through merchant partnerships.


  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.


  •  Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Skills & Competencies
