Human Resources Manager

Real Strikers Security Services Limited, a nationally licensed Grade A private security company, provides comprehensive security services to individuals, multinational firms, and organizations in both the private and public sectors. The company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
• Oversee onboarding, training, and staff welfare
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports
• Serve as a link between management and employees
• Collaborate with relevant departments to achieve operational goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years proven HR management experience
• Relevant HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are an advantage
• Experience in recruitment within the security industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and capable of working flexible hours
• Must have useful contacts and experience in the security industry
