Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
- Oversee onboarding, training, and staff welfare
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Serve as a link between management and employees
- Collaborate with relevant departments to achieve operational goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven HR management experience
- Relevant HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are an advantage
- Experience in recruitment within the security industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and capable of working flexible hours
- Must have useful contacts and experience in the security industry
