Seeking a data-driven analyst with strong root cause analysis skills and solid product operations knowledge to support the US market. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret data, identify anomalies, and collaborate with analytics and data science teams to drive smarter operational decisions.
Investigate anomalies such as contact rate issues, spam triggers, and carrier failures
Use Tableau and backend data to trace issues and document RCA findings
Monitor KPIs including deliverability, contact rates, and conversion metrics
Conduct trend analysis and share insights to guide operational decisions
Utilize ML-powered tools where applicable to detect patterns and predict anomalies
Design and evaluate A/B tests for campaign optimization
Analyze experiment outcomes and recommend improvements
Prepare and present performance reports to technical and non-technical teams
Partner with analytics and data science teams for deeper data pulls and ML insights
Support product operations with insights that prevent risks and drive performance
Minimum 4 years experience as a Product Analyst or Product Operations Analyst
Strong RCA capability and analytical mindset
Ability to interpret large datasets, spot trends, and analyze anomalies
Ability to learn new product workflows and data pipelines quickly
Strong communication skills suitable for a global team
Basic understanding of ML models (advantage)
Basic SQL knowledge (advantage)
Familiarity with messaging operations and compliance (advantage)
Experience with A/B testing and optimizations (advantage)
