Branch Manager

Bakan Gizo Pharmacy & Stores Limited, a proudly Nigerian multi-service retail brand, is seeking an experienced and proactive Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, effective team leadership, and achievement of business targets at the branch level.

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Drive sales performance and develop strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, restocking, and merchandising standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports for management.
• Implement promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Maintain discipline, accountability, and operational excellence within the branch.

• B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in retail management or similar roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams effectively and work towards set goals.
• Excellent customer service orientation and business acumen.
