Job Summary

This role focuses on driving enterprise-level IT solution sales, expanding the client base, and strengthening business relationships across key sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions, with proven B2B sales experience and organizational leadership skills.








Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in banking, insurance, manufacturing, and oil & gas sectors


Support and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion


Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and development opportunities


Contribute to go-to-market plans that enhance brand visibility and positioning


Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal presentation and deal closure


Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to meet client expectations effectively


Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and key business metrics


Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, and competitive advantages


Build and sustain long-term client relationships, leveraging industry contacts to generate leads


Ensure client satisfaction through engagement, prompt follow-ups, and reliable communication


Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and presentations


Prepare and deliver tailored business proposals and quotations


Monitor performance against sales targets and provide regular updates


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field


Minimum 4 years’ experience with an IT technology solutions provider


Strong knowledge of software development processes (SDLC) and IT service delivery


Proven experience in B2B sales, strategic planning, client management, and operational oversight


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management, and Microsoft Office Suite


Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
