Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited, on behalf of its client—a top-tier hotel located in Ikeja GRA, Lagos—is recruiting an experienced and professional Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring smooth front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome, check in, and check out guests in line with company standards
  • Provide accurate information about room features, hotel facilities, and local amenities
  • Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and emails efficiently and courteously
  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and special requests using hotel software
  • Ensure billing accuracy and maintain proper guest records
  • Promote and upsell hotel facilities and services to guests
  • Liaise with relevant departments to address guest needs or complaints promptly
  • Prepare daily reports, logs, and incident records as required
  • Maintain an orderly and professional reception area
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
  • Uphold hotel policies and maintain a positive attitude at all times


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the front office of a reputable hotel
  • Certification in Hospitality Management and knowledge of hotel front-office software are added advantages
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be well-groomed, courteous, and professional
