The Sales Representative will drive sales growth and represent the brand to customers. The role involves building strong client relationships, providing product guidance, and supporting promotional activities in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Stay informed about product lines, promotions, and events.
Offer styling advice and product information to customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and maintain sales records.
Collaborate with visual merchandising to create appealing store displays.
Participate in sales events, fashion shows, and product launches.
Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock tracking.
Utilize sales software and applications to monitor customer interactions, sales performance, and inventory.
1–2 years of sales experience in the fashion industry (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and achieve sales goals.
Knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, content management, and inventory/sales applications.
Familiarity with sales software and digital tools is a plus.
