Business Development / Operations Manager

Wisdom Kwati Smart City is seeking a results-driven Business Development and Operations Manager to drive company growth and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong leadership ability, and proven success in business expansion, client relationship management, and operational coordination.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Oversee day-to-day field and office operations for efficient service delivery.
• Manage recruitment, training, and supervision of operational teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with finance and administrative departments to align company operations.
• Monitor budgets, logistics, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare and present regular performance and business development reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or operations management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
