Account Executive

The Account Executive will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, and supporting effective decision-making through timely financial reporting. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, be ICAN/ACA/ACCA certified, and have 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are essential.

• Maintain and update accurate financial records of all transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Generate financial reports for management review.
• Support audit exercises and statutory compliance activities.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain adequate working capital.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ICAN, ACA, or ACCA qualification (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and financial standards.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
