Production Supervisor (Diaper Manufacturing)

This position involves overseeing the diaper production line, ensuring efficient workflow, consistent product quality, and strict adherence to safety and operational standards.

Coordinate and supervise machine operators, packers, and production line staff

Drive daily and shift production targets while reducing downtime

Track line performance and address operational challenges promptly

Enforce compliance with standard operating procedures across all stages

Conduct regular quality checks and work with QA to resolve defects

Implement corrective measures for quality and operational issues

Oversee operation of major machines including cutting, SAP application, elastic banding, sealing, and packaging

Report equipment issues and follow up on maintenance needs

Monitor raw material usage to avoid waste and support inventory planning

Manage shift allocations, attendance, and staff tasking

Enforce company policies and health and safety requirements

Log daily production activities, downtime, and materials used

Prepare performance updates for management and support audit requirements

HND/BSc in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field

3–5 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing; diaper or hygiene product expertise is an added advantage

Familiarity with high-speed production machinery

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment
