Job Summary

Licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Issuing House and Underwriter, the firm continues to expand its footprint in Nigeria’s evolving financial landscape. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Group Managing Director (GMD) in managing daily operations, communication, and administrative functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the first point of contact for the GMD, welcoming guests and handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Manage the GMD’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Answer calls, handle correspondence, and manage both internal and external communications.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation for board meetings and executive sessions.
  • Maintain an efficient filing and document retrieval system for confidential company records.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support executive decision-making.
  • Track and manage expenses within the GMD’s office.
  • Dispatch official memos and coordinate communication across departments on behalf of the GMD.
  • Ensure the office of the GMD remains organized, neat, and presentable at all times.
  • Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks as assigned.



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
