Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide efficient service during check-in and check-out.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel system.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Process guest payments, prepare bills, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues resolved.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all guest information.
- Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.
- Support night audit and other administrative duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum OND/Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in hotel front office or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems.
- Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work flexible shifts.
