Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales and growth across SME lending and other emerging products
Manage credit risk, governance, and portfolio quality
Drive efficient collections and recovery processes
Supervise and coach the SME team
Build and maintain key stakeholder and partner relationships
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years in financial services sales
At least 3 years’ experience in SME lending
Proven record of achieving lending and business growth targets
Strong governance, risk management, and portfolio oversight experience
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
