Kempinski Hotels is seeking a SPA Manager to lead and manage the spa team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitability. The role requires overseeing daily operations, staff performance, financial management, marketing, and guest satisfaction in line with the spa’s vision and brand standards.
* Oversee spa operations, ensuring all services align with brand standards, core values, and guest expectations.
* Perform treatments and actively manage the spa team to deliver exceptional service.
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback, implementing necessary adjustments.
* Maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards throughout the spa.
* Assist in achieving commercial targets through service planning, budgeting, and stock management.
* Prepare and execute marketing initiatives according to the yearly marketing plan.
* Recruit, train, and motivate spa staff, conduct performance appraisals, and manage schedules.
* Monitor and manage inventory, operating supplies, and purchase requisitions.
* Track and report spa performance metrics and employee statistics.
* Business administration qualification; spa/beauty therapist qualification is an advantage.
* Experience with advanced cosmetology is a plus.
* First Aid and CPR certification.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing an international standard or 5-star hotel spa.
* Strong leadership, operations management, financial reporting, HR, and marketing skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Proficient in stock/retail management, customer service, industry analysis, and business writing.
* Computer literate at a mid-advanced level.
