Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Professional Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth workflow while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for team members or executives
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and virtual events
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
  • Conduct online research and summarize findings for decision-making
  • Assist in social media management, content scheduling, and digital marketing tasks
  • Handle client communications and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Support project management and follow up on task completion
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and tasks
  • Perform other administrative or operational tasks as required


Required Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Must own a personal laptop with reliable internet access
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with social media management, basic marketing, or online tools is an advantage
