Job Summary

Virtual Post Solutions, Inc. (VirtualPostMail) is a fast-growing Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) providing mail management services to clients worldwide, including freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. With operations across California, Nevada, Delaware, Florida, and Texas, the company continues to expand its national reach. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide responsive and professional customer support through email and other communication channels.
  • Ensure a customer-first attitude by addressing client inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Meet quarterly customer satisfaction goals and maintain high service standards.
  • Understand operational workflows and company services thoroughly.
  • Manage mail processing and data entry tasks to support service efficiency.
  • Utilize internal communication platforms effectively for daily coordination.




Required Qualifications

  • Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional tone.
  • College degree or current enrollment in a college program.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative.
  • Adaptable to change and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement.
