Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Handle patient inquiries and provide guidance on medical services and treatment options
Collect, organize, and manage patient medical reports and documentation
Track cases and follow up with patients to ensure smooth progress
Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and doctors; formalize referral agreements
Maintain accurate records of doctor referrals and patient cases
Support outreach and marketing via WhatsApp, social media, and community engagements
Assist with travel guidance, basic documentation, and logistics for patients
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service is an advantage
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
Proficiency with WhatsApp, email, and basic office tools
Confident in meeting doctors and representing the company professionally
Additional advantages: Hausa speaker, familiarity with Kano State, knowledge of health/medical services
