Job Summary

GloVal Properties Nig. Ltd is looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support property sales and marketing activities within the Lekki/Epe Axis.










Key Responsibilities


Assist in promoting and selling property listings to clients.


Support networking and marketing initiatives to generate leads.


Help negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.


Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.


Work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets.

Required Qualifications

Reside in the Lekki/Epe Axis.


B.Sc, HND, or OND qualification.


Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role.


Strong networking, marketing, and negotiation skills.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Goal-oriented, confident, and able to work with minimal supervision.
