Job Description:
- Manage and administer project contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain compliance with contractual, legal, and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies.
- Negotiate and manage contract amendments, variations, and settlements.
- Provide contractual support to Business Development during tenders.
- Collaborate with Procurement to negotiate supplier and subcontractor terms.
- Partner with the Legal team on compliance, risk, and dispute resolution matters.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contract management frameworks.
- Manage contractual risks, claims, and disputes across projects.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 3–5 years’ experience in contract management within construction, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex and large-scale project contracts.
Technical Skills:
- Strong grasp of contractual principles, risk management, and dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with Australian contract law and compliance.
- Experience with EPC contracts, FIDIC models, and claims management.
- Exposure to renewable energy or BESS projects is an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset.
- Detail-oriented and proactive team player.
