Job Summary

SmartCity Plc is seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead its real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, mentor a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth through direct client engagement and market expansion.

* Oversee property site visits, negotiations, and deal closures with high-value clients.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

* Minimum 7 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 3 years in leadership.

* Proven record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets.

* Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Strategic, results-oriented, and hands-on in market execution.
