Lead ERP

The Lead ERP will provide technical leadership and support for Microsoft Dynamics Navision (MS Navision) within the organization, ensuring smooth ERP implementation, integration, and optimization for business processes in the FMCG sector.

Provide technical support for front-end and back-end ERP issues

Oversee ERP software installation and integration with existing IT systems

Analyze MS Navision reports to identify issues and implement solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to enhance user experience

Test software functionality against business requirements

Act as internal consultant for complex problem-solving within Microsoft Dynamics Navision

Align technology with business strategy through process mapping and governance

Design functional and technological solutions to meet business needs

Manage ERP implementation, customization, data management, and integration

Provide Tier 3 support, optimize performance, and ensure compliance

Handle ERP service and change management activities

First degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field

Minimum 7 years post-NSYC hands-on experience with MS Dynamics (Navision) in a structured FMCG company

Proficiency in C/AL, RDLC reporting, SSRS, SQL Queries, Net technologies, and Web Services

Ability to work on-site and during standard business hours
