Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full financial cycle including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
Manage import logistics, customs clearance, and supplier payments
Lead cost accounting, inventory control, and margin optimization
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls
Lead and mentor the finance team while driving process improvements
Collaborate with operations to support strategic decisions and business expansion
Required Qualifications
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with at least 8 years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing
Strong expertise in financial planning, import/export, and cost management
Proven leadership, analytical skills, and proficiency in ERP systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
