Heirs Insurance Group is seeking a motivated Retail Development Manager to promote, recruit for, and sell insurance products through banking partners. The role focuses on building strong relationships with bank staff, driving sales performance, and supporting the growth of the bancassurance channel.
Build and maintain productive relationships with bank staff to support insurance product sales
Handle recruitment and product training activities
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Achieve set sales targets and support overall channel growth
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
Conduct product presentations and training sessions for bank staff
Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for expansion
Prepare and submit timely sales reports
Minimum of three years’ experience in insurance sales
Must reside in Lagos Island, Lekki, Oniru, or Victoria Island
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships
Goal-oriented with proven record of meeting sales targets
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in bancassurance or insurance sales
Certifications in insurance or financial services
