Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations with the Retreat Director
Act as Manager on Duty when the Retreat Director is not present
Lead by example to achieve personal and team sales goals
Coach team members to achieve peak performance
Create a positive team environment focused on guest service
Meet and exceed sales goals
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales and retail management experience
Experience managing hourly wage employees
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
People-oriented with strong guest service and public relations skills
Working knowledge of computers and standard software
Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution preferred
