Job Summary

Support eCommerce operations by managing Shopify stores, product listings, and customer interactions to ensure seamless online sales and customer satisfaction.






Key Responsibilities


Manage product uploads, descriptions, and inventory on Shopify


Monitor orders, shipments, and returns


Update website content and promotions


Coordinate with marketing teams to implement campaigns


Respond to customer inquiries and provide support


Generate reports on sales performance and website analytics




Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in eCommerce or Shopify management


Proficiency with Shopify or similar platforms


Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
