Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data entry, filing, appointment scheduling, calendar organization, and office supply orders.
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and route phone calls, and handle correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients and guests.
- Support multiple departments with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Prepare simple reports and share relevant files with departmental heads nationwide.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and excellent time management in all tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Must be fluent in English, Yoruba, and Hausa, both in speech and writing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
