Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily updates from all team leads (Ambassadors, Media, Logistics, Sales)
* Track KPIs and targets for each unit and ensure accountability
* Identify operational obstacles and present structured solutions to the Project Manager
* Maintain communication flow across WhatsApp operational groups
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking of volunteers and ambassadors
* Ensure project runs efficiently with minimal escalations to leadership
Required Qualifications
* Highly organized and proactive
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience coordinating teams or managing operations
* Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
