Job Summary

Givanas Group is a dynamic and diversified organization established in 1993, with interests spanning manufacturing, distribution, trading, hospitality, and industrial printing. The company is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance, oversee field teams, and strengthen market presence across the assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve business growth and market share objectives.
  • Lead, train, and motivate Sales Executives and Merchandisers to meet sales and distribution targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure product visibility, merchandising standards, and trade execution excellence in all outlets.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
  • Provide performance reports, market insights, and recommendations to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Drive effective route-to-market strategies to optimize coverage and product penetration.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ sales experience in the FMCG sector, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success managing distributor operations and sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of trade channels, market coverage, and distribution management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and analytical reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
