* Oversee daily operations of the physical site to ensure smooth processes and exceptional guest experience

* Plan, coordinate, and deliver wellness retreats, workshops, and networking events

* Ensure all events align with the club’s values of community, exclusivity, and excellence

* Manage relationships with vendors, facilitators, and partners

* Oversee event timelines, quality control, and logistics for seamless execution

* Cultivate a welcoming and supportive environment for members and guests

* Act as a brand ambassador representing the club’s values

* Develop member experience processes and service standards

* Implement operational improvements to drive business growth

* Assist with partnerships and collaborations

* Recruit, lead, and mentor staff and volunteers

* Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field

* 5+ years of experience in operational leadership, preferably in hospitality, events, or luxury lifestyle

* Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills

* Experience in planning and delivering large-scale events

* Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on approach
