Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide remote administrative support. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills.






Key Responsibilities


Manage schedules, emails, and daily administrative tasks


Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments


Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required


Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders


Handle confidential information with discretion


Work efficiently with minimal supervision


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher 


Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience


Fluent in English, both written and spoken


Strong organizational and multitasking skills


Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
