Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Address inquiries and resolve feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Support management in executing people and operational strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records for employees, company assets, and administrative expenses.


Required Qualifications


  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in HR and administrative management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Must reside in Abuja and be familiar with the Gariki area.
